Hemp foods - Hemp oil

The oil contains soft fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6 in a versatile and balanced way, as well as vitamin E and carotenes (green color). Hemp oil also contains the rare gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Hemp oil is obtained from the seeds by mechanical cold pressing.

The oil does not withstand frying, but can be added to hot foods at the end of cooking.
