Impolan Kasvitila operates in Sastamala, in the village of Kämmäkä. The farm has been in the same family since the late 19th century, and the current entrepreneur Kaarlo Impola is the fourth owner. The farm is located in a quiet rural area, far from major traffic or industrial centers.
The farm currently employs an entrepreneurial family and contractors.
The farm's main production crop is oil hemp-Finola. Hemp has been cultivated since 2010 and the farm is one of the pioneering operators in hemp cultivation. The farm also processes oil hemp into versatile products. The starting point for the operation has been the ecology and ethics of production, as well as the quality, healthiness and safety of the end products.
