Product Return Policy

All products are covered by a full 14-day return policy for individual consumers. The product being returned must be unused, in saleable condition, and in its original packaging.

Instructions for returning products:

1) Contact our customer service either by email or phone within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please specify which products you are returning.

2) Return the products via postal package to Kaarlo Impola, Kämmäkäntie 754, 32730 Sastamala. Include the packing list that came with the product and the bank account number to which we will refund the product price. The return must be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice. The customer returns the products at their own expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

3) We process returns within one week of receiving the product. The refund amount will always be paid to the customer only after the product has been inspected.
