Hemp products are easy to incorporate into your daily diet. Here are some simple tips for using each hemp product. All products can also be used in baking.
Whole hemp seeds : Add to smoothies, yogurt, or cottage cheese. Best in smoothies because the seeds are already crushed.
To sprout and sprout.
Shelled Hemp Seeds: Very soft and nutty. Can be added to almost anything.
Add to porridge (e.g. 1 dl of oatmeal flakes and 0.25-0.5 dl of shelled hemp seeds), yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. Excellent sprinkled on salad or even on top of an omelet.
Hemp oil: Excellent in salad dressings. If the taste seems too strong, you can mix it with olive oil and season it with garlic and lemon, for example.
Can be added directly to porridge or yoghurt. Many people take one or more tablespoons a day as a supplement.
Hemp oil does not withstand frying well and should not be used as a frying oil. Our camelina oil is excellent for frying.
Hemp groats: Add to yogurt, cottage cheese or porridge. Also suitable as a protein and fiber supplement in smoothies.
