Hemp seed oil

Impolan Kasvitila's completely finnish hemp seed oil contains a very diverse and balanced amount of soft fatty acids, such as omega-3 and omega-6, as well as natural vitamin E and carotenes, which give the oil its characteristic green color. Hemp oil also contains rare gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which makes it a particularly nutritious vegetable oil. The high-quality oil is made from hemp seeds by mechanical cold pressing, which preserves all important nutrients and aromas.

Hemp oil cannot be fried, but it can be added to warm dishes at the end of cooking. The oil is great for salad dressings, sauces, smoothies and other cold dishes – or consumed as a dietary supplement.
