Impolan Kasvitila's shelled broad bean groats are a purely finnish and highly protein-rich plant-based ingredient — 32 g of protein / 100 g . They are perfect for versatile cooking, replacing or supplementing minced meat, soy groats and other plant proteins.
Broad bean meal works excellently for, among other things:

The grits are cooked by boiling for 20–30 minutes , making them soft and easily mashed. Mature broad bean grits absorb flavors well and give dishes a rich, pleasant texture.
