Finnish green lentils are a nutritious and versatile source of plant protein that is perfect for soups, stews, salads and vegetarian dishes.
Lentils are aromatic and retain their structure well when cooked.
It is well suited as a side dish, similar to rice. We especially recommend using it with Finnish grain rice (oat, spelt or barley pearls).

The lentils are grown in Finland at the Impola plant farm.
No pesticides are used in cultivation.
Because the lentil is grown in Finland, it is not a true du pyu lentil. This name can only be used for lentils grown in the du pyun region of France. However, the variety is the same.
